Definitely with you guys on that one, I love how snappy it is off the line and through corners. That's the reason I wanted to leave the sprocket on. Oh and Gas, the trees don't look straight left-to-right, not up-and-down, are they still bent? It just looks like the steering is turned slightly to the left, but it is driving straight? Wasn't sure if that was adjustable, the bar ends have a positive stop so I know those are straight. ![]() |

If the trees are truly bent.. you need to replace them. ![]() It's funny, I just found out about speedo healer the other day. I have a parts bike, so maybe I'll just pull the trees off of that one. Sorry about the "E-lag", but running internet free right now. |

P.s....got the bike for free, so not to concerned with if it was stunted or not, but how would you straighten the trees? Thanks. |

sdog30 | Also, the front fork is a little weird. It looks like it is turned a little to the left when it is riding straight. not just the handles, but the trees too. And the shaft going through the frame is a little loose (I can hear it when I hit a bump), do I just tighten the top bolt? How much? Does it need bearings? |

CBR spedo off from +2 sprocket I have a few questions about a 98 CBR F3 I just picked up. First is the speedometer is off (says about 10 mph over what the bike is really doing) and the only thing I can think of is it has a rear sprocket with two extra teeth on it. Is there a way to adjust the speedo? On my Mustang there was different teeth speedo gears you could buy depending on your rear gear application. ![]() thanks. |
