Vintage Isle of Man

While searching through videos I came across some old Isle of Man videos. Pretty weird to see how socially excepted these bikers where. Reminds me of going to a horse race like the Kentucky Derby or something...

This states the record at 24minutes with an average speed of 98mph. I'm not sure what the current record is of time or speed but still cooking especially for that time. The bikes are also ungodly cool to me...

1:10 is funnier than hell. Shows the difference in times.

There is one video I found years ago where it starts off with 1920s Isle of man footage and goes up to moder day. I can't find it to save my life now.

Freakin awesome race.

Would love to put a K7 GSXR 1000 in that mix.

Those old jockeys would still own half the riders out there on those old bikes. Which I think look straight up sweet.

Found the record for the course
OUTRIGHT - John McGuinness - Honda CBR1000 Fireblade - 2007 - 17'21.99 130.354 mph AVG

Just curious but I wonder how Ghost Rider would do on the Isle of Man TT.
