Who should get charged?

The Situation:

A suspected drug house gets raided but the only thing that was found was a half smoked joint and a roach clip. The husband, wife and 12 year old son are taken into custody. The husband and wife and jailed while the minor child is awaiting child protective services. As the officer's are searching the house, one officer finds a toy remote control chevy avalanche. He picks up the remote, move the controls and run the truck into the wall. The truck falls over on the side and a two pound bag of uncut cocaine falls out. Who should get charged?

the charge?

I believe they'll have to interrogate the home owners to determine who is charged. But you know they will always assume it's the man first.

its kinda hard to say, but going by the books, i believe it is legally safe to say that tater's ex would get the blame.

Both adults would get the charge! It was in their comon area so unless one fesses up they are both held responsible!

It was the hot baby sitter. Oh wait... Sorry that was a dream I had last night.

I don't get it. How are you typing this while you're in jail, 1Bad? Hahahaha.

k_bick 01-09-2008 07:48 AM

Both would be charged even if one admitted to it being theres. Say the man agreed it was his and then he would get the charge for the drugs and then the woman would be charged for knowing that it was happening with there child in the residence. Both are guilty, got to love drug users and dealers that only think about there self not there child.

how can a two pound bag of uncut fit in a r/c car? that's a decent amount of blow. must of been a large avalanche. :idk:

z06boy 01-09-2008 10:15 AM

The police officer for running the truck into the wall...he was the last to drive it. :slol:

it would be who ever's house it is... because they can't prove possesion to the kid or either parent... I would think it comes down to the homeowners or who ever is on the lease's responsibility...

then again re-reading it... who did they suspect when they raided the house? the kid or the parents? I'm sure they'd wrap the charges up with that person :2cents:

Should have just picked up the coke, not report it and sold it on the street himself.

trock 01-09-2008 10:27 AM

#1 Marko you are going to hell.

#2 I think both parents should be blamed for it. Even if it was the 12 year old boys, it was the parents fault. How many 12 year olds do you know that have access to 2 lbs of cocaine.

There is no 12 year old who knows what to do with a sack of blow not to mention a bundle this dam big!!

2 lbs is something like $30k to buy and you can make like $60k off of it!! So this has to be a family affare! Mom knows dads dealing and so does the rest of the city!! Thats why the cops are there!!

Now mom and dad are each going to catch a charge for the posesion of 2 lbs with the intent to distribute! and having it around a minor and child endangerment or something similar!! Not to mention any distribution charge that got the cops the warrent!
