Search the Gixxer part of this board as well as google it really and you will find that the 05 1k Gixxers frames have buckled under circumstances that they shouldnt really have.. Its kinda of a death trap.. So think twice before you buy or until they address that issue.

Honda hasn't broken any frames at the welds and crashed this year now have they???

There is a thread in here somewhere about the 05 gixxer 1000 frame breaking...there is pics also. I don't have time to hunt it down right now.

NO not this yr, but a Suzuki with a broken frame will still smoke a Honda...


Pobre, don't let 'em scare ya, that broken frame problem is a very rare situation.
