$2000 REWARD for Stolen Race bike.

888 Views 13 Replies 9 Participants Last post by  Gas Man
Ed Rusnak's fully race prepped 2003 Yamaha R6 was stolen from his home in the Cleveland, Ohio suburbs on September 30/October 1. It is blue with orange flames with #322 on white plates. Be on the look-out for person selling Ohlins shock, stabilizer, Akraprovic slip on-exhaust, Aim lap timer, Woodcraft rearsets. Thieves most likely did not even know they were stealing a race bike and may be looking for stuff to convert back to street, i.e. kickstand, lights etc.

Damn. Let us know what you find out if anything new comes up. Hope they find them. Damn ppl. Shot when they are found.
That sucks. Yamaha has a hotline for stolen bikes - he should call that and if anyone tries to service the bike they will nail them. It is worth a try - I know alot of people on the R6Messagenet have done that and a few have had success with it. Worth a try and it is free.
definately keep an eye on on ebay..if the crook is anything stupid, he'll try and hock some of it there...local classifieds too.. people suck !! :cursin:
This one is worth puttin back up!! Have we heard anything new with this????
Don't know about any of you, but I wouldn't accept any money from a fellow rider for finding his lost ride. Generous? You bet, but unnecessary.

I'll get my $2k from the thieves' hides, thanks

I hate theives with a passion:cursin:
I'll drop 2WT a PM..see if they have heard anything about this..
Haven't heard anything - dropped an email to the owner.
Hopefully it's not parted out by now, but...:(
That is some ****. What abunch of ****s
go out and buy your own bike, like the rest of us!! :cursin:
If found they should be tied up to the back of the bike and draged as far as possible. I would do it if I found them.
