maybe the V6, the the GT sticker is 28 or 29, and that's not even fully loaded. If I were to buy a mustang, it would have to be, at minimum, the GT. But to be honest, they're just too damn weak for my taste. My '79 vette has as much power as the new GT, so why bother? That's my opinion, anyway.chev said:Question is, can Chevy keep their price down like Ford did because you can get a loaded Mustang for around 25k.
Chevy has always had something comparable to the Mustang, they called it the Cavalier. In my opinion the Camaro was always way better then the Mustang since day one. Not only in performance, but quality and overall. Ford's been making those ponies for decades and they still can't get the rear decklid to line up properly. Granted the New "old" Mustang is pretty sweet as is the New "old" GT40. But let's face it, they are selling like hot cakes because now Chevy/Pontiac doesn't offer competing vehicles where the F-Car used to reside.chev said:..........NOW, can Chevy come with something comparible or better?? I hope so because I'm a huge Camaro fan.
