The fastest Maxton track speed was upped by motorcycle 8-B (815) during the October '03. Lee Shierts, aboard Rich Yancy’s Budwieser Suzuki Hyabusa “Street” bike ran an amazing speed of 250.00694 MPH. He ran a 251.74825 MPH on the first half and 248.28956 MPH on the second half in a time of .35999. Not that is hauling arse.

Lee's top speed as of last month was 256.410MPH. Now that is moving. Twisty, if you had a bike that could do that...would you??

motorcyclist did an article on that bike maybe 6 months ago or something..cant remember for sure..but the amount of money & time put into this beast is staggering!!!!!!!!!!!!!

gotta hate it when u tach out in 6th....im sure i could hit 170 with the Z but id have to regear and then the drag time wouldnt be as fast.... maybe up a tooth when the chain stretches that much.... outside of just to top high though i dont want to regear.... untill im over 15o at the wheel at least, eventually want 6th ad redline higher then 164. but guess its set for use since a lot of bikes wont see 6th at redline
