DALLAS -- Wet roads are being blamed for causing a major accident in Collin County that left an 18-wheeler hanging over a bridge
Traffic has been brought to a stand still in the southbound lanes of Central Expressway near Wilmeth Road.
McKinney police said a driver in a pickup truck lost control, hitting two 18-wheelers. One of those big rigs smashed through the guardrail and was left hanging off the highway.
Police said hazardous materials crews may have to be called in because fuel could be leaking into a stream below.
One driver was taken to a hospital.
