Try un-plugging your cable modem for about 2 mins and then plug it back in... if internet speed is the problem.

If not, try to download and run Lavasoft's Ad-aware. It will remove all your spyware junk and should speed it up a bit.

Also, check to see if you need to defrag your hard drive.

Another, make sure your virus definitions are up-to-date and run a virus scan!

Quit downloading sooo much porn!! Loads your computer up with tons of spyware and screws it all up (but don't ask how I know ) hahah

Try downloading SpySweeper by Webroot @ www.spysweeper.com . I bought it for mine and it's worked wonders. My comp was REALLY screwed up a few times and it always gets everything out. Takes a few sweeps sometimes, but it always works :thumbs: Also, a defrag of your hard drive(s) never hurts anything
