Live on the road and its very hard to avoid it. They are in most all modern truck stops now.

I stopped eating fast food around April. So far, I have lost 50 lbs.

I try not to eat fast food, but some places tempt me too much. Like Popeye's(luckily we do not have any of those in knoxville). I do enjoy going to Applebee's and Cracker Barrel. Which isn't true fast food, but ain't as good for you as home cookin'.

Only time we ever seem to eat there is if we're on a roadtrip, cus you KNOW what it'll taste like, and you know you can close your eyes and point, and you'll end up in front of one.

Yeah, the burgers are crap, but the new chicken sandwiches they have are (gasp!) actually pretty darned good.

And I'll admit, there's the occasional morning (few times a year) I'll grab a McGriddle on my way to work, if I didn't have time to eat breakfast before I left. :dthumb:

I honestly can't remember the last time I had anything other than a McFlurry from there. It's not because of "Supersize me". It's cuz their food is crap. I'm a Carl's Jr., or a Wendy's guy.
