Attn. OIF3 Fallen Soldiers Memorial Ride all riders in Savannah and Hinesville area

I'm the vice president of Conflict motorcycle club, we started our club over in Baghdad, Iraq. Anyway we will be returning soon and Conflict is sponsoring a Fallen Soldiers Memorial ride in dedication to those who fell during OIF III from the 3rd I.D. This event will be held on the 4th of Feb., 2006. The route will be as follows:
1. Link up at the Georgia, South Carolina Border on Route 95S at approximately 11:00 a.m.
2. The ride will begin at approximately 12 noon
3. 95S to Route 84W to General Screvin Way (Hinesville) into Gate 1 at Fort Stewart
4. Gate 1 to Cotrell Field
Once arriving at Cotrell Field we will hold a small memorial service where small flags will be placed into the ground (1 flag for every fallen soldier). This is still pending approval from higher command.
5. After the memorial service, we will be escorted back off post where the riders will disperse.
T-Shirts are still in the works and, if completed, will sell for approximately $10 a piece before the ride, with the profits given to Fort Stewart for the upkeep of Cotrell Field and other memorial grounds. For more information regarding this Fallen Soldiers Motorcycle Ride, go to www.conflictracing.net You can also e-mail us at [email protected]
Your participation would be greatly appreciated. This is for a worthy cause and worth a few hours. Everyone is invited to attend (Veterans, Military, Civilians). Thank you!
