I finally rode again since my knee surgery, it's been over two months. It felt good, though I don't know how well my knee would do on a long ride.

But... it's good to riding again, and the weather is getting warmer so it's just in time. :twfrox:

speaking of knees, i got of my bike to day at work at 8am after an hour ride there and i felt liek i was frozen in the fetal position. lol my knees felt frozen.

Glad to hear that you're back on the bike. My brother has to go in for shoulder surgery in April and the doc told him he'd be out of commission for 6 months, which is basically all of riding season. And the thing that REALLY sucks is that he just bought a new bike a couple months ago.
