not too many ppl on tontie. but i would say the heavier the better for bar ends. my kawi did it when i first got it but now i dont ever get it at all.

also how tight are you griping the bars, you might want to losen up a little bit.

Vibes are a bad thing... most people put on aftermarket ends that are lighter and get alot more vibe than the stock ones... the stock ones are pretty heavy to eliminate that vib or at least some of it.... I would get those... heavier will probably be better and those look longer which is better as well.... might help in a crash...

I'd get them!!!

I have an R6 and at first they use to get numb. I still have stock barends and they don't get numb anymore. i found out that keeping your arms locked straight makes them numb faster. Loosen up your grip a little and don't keep your arms locked for a while. This should help with the new bar ends.

I've always had stocks. They're pretty haevy anyway. Just one day my hands stopped getting numb. i started to keep my arms bent a little on long rides and loosened my grip. i haven't gone numb in like four months of riding. I'd say about 4-5000 miles in that time.

Yea, they can be dangerous in the twist's.
I use to get the numb buzz on my GSXR 1000 all the time.
I put heaver bar ends on and helped allot.
I would have to ride 2 or 300 miles at a time before it would bother me afterwards.
