Well since I hadn't done any decent photoshoots of the bike since I added the pipe and windscreen and such, and being the photo whore that I am, I thought I'd clean it up and go take some good pics. Took all these sunday afternoon

Still going strong and not a single problem yet! She just turned 9 months old on the 17th :dthumb:

Definitely good.... Ohlins makes good quality stuff. I really like it, 18 different settings so you can adjust it from "barely even feel it's there", to "holy **** I can't turn this thing!", and everything in between. I usually keep it right in the middle and it feels good to me. There was one time in particular this thing saved my ass hardcore... I kissed that damper when I got home. Lets just say, pouring down rain, on a curved highway overpass with metal expansion joints, likely tank slapper and/or lowside. Definitely worth the $$. Only thing I had to do extra to it was add a little piece of rubber coolant hose where the cylinder attaches to the bracket on the triple tree cuz of the ball socket, it allows it to rotate and move quite a bit, which causes a rattle. The little piece of hose limits it's ability to move freely from vibrations but does not restrict movement during steering.

Yeah I have a Scotts... once you go dampner/stabalizer you'll never go back. I know mine has saved my butt plenty of times...

yup yup def get a damper. great pics of the bike though, i wish i had some time to get mine out n get some good pics, very clean,

i personally would recoment the harris mounting kit with the ohlins damper but either way it still rocks. but i got the hyperpro cause it seemed like it was more for street use. but to each his own, there all good.

One of cleanest bikes Ive seen. The background is awesome. And, yes, I am jealous. F4i's are one of my favorite bikes. That really is a gorgeous bike. Looks like you keep very good care of it :dthumb: :dthumb:

Thank you very much! I really appreciate all the positive feedback! I do take care of my stuff cuz I like it to last a long time (see my car in sig, lol) without giving me any problems, and being a mechanic myself all maintenace and repairs are done by me, my way, so I know it's done right. I guess it's paid off so far! Anyways, about the pics... funny thing was the storm in the background wasn't planned at all. It was bright and sunny when I left my house, and when I got there I saw it starting to get a little dark, then that thing grew in no time flat. I thought "cool! A neat background!". About 10 mins after taking these pics, it really started to get dark, and got really windy, and COLD wind. I said to myself "Ok that's enough pics!", packed my stuff up and hauled ass outta there, LOL

Bee, that's on US27 about 10 miles north of I-75, those 2 boat ramps just before the big curve heading north. The windscreen is a Sportech black chrome. I really like it!

I know the place...have caught a bass or two in those canals  Of course, that was before the Sawgrass Expressway was even a proposed line on the map...
