I am debating on a jacket to get for summer because my current jacket is going to be really hot come summertime. Anyone have any good suggestions for a really good mesh jacket that allows a lot of air flo? Something that comes in blue and white and not a lot of black would be nice.

that's what i use too. i have the phoenix series. it works great as far as air flow goes.

Tourmaster GX Air w/leather I might go with the silver or even the white one if I go with this jacket. dont know, still searching.

I want a armored one as well. I don't want a regular jacket.

Anyone know anything about the alpinestar t-stunt air flo jacket? Is it a lot of mesh or just mesh in certain areas? I want almost all of the material to be mesh, if it has a zip in zip out liner that is fine.

I got a JR Meshy... its AWESOME. Plus you can usually get "last" years model for really cheap!! once you got meshy in the summer you'll never go back!

I have a mesh too....the pads can come out for easy cleaning abilities with the pull of a zip.

when i bought my JR suit it must have been on sale or something. the entire thing i picked up for 100 some odd dollars from my dealer. not bad, and it is my suit of choice, even over my A* leathers. it's so comfortable and wonderfully breathable. it's good for cold weather too with the zip out liner. it's one of my favorite purchases.

I've got that very jacket...see my TWF photos. it is alot of mesh, except the shoulder area. The construction is excelent & it does have a zipout liner. Its got two inside pockets aswell & one is zipped (perfect for those of us with a CHL:wink: ).

It came with a foam back padding, so I ordered the Astars back protector from MCsuperstore. only reason Im looking for a new one is that I got this a size too big (XXL), I wear an XL. I didnt know anything about MC when I first bought my gear, so when it tried on the XL i was like this feels tight so i went with one that fit too comfortably :bonk: :lol:

I wear a JR meshy (Reactor, I believe) with perforated leather sleeves for summer riding. I also have a JR, all meshy but I prefer the mesh/leather combination. I wear JR textile during the cooler months but will upgrade to a leather this season. Check newenough.com as they always have great deals in their closeouts.

www.newenough.com has mesh jackets cheap.. as long as you get one with armor you'll be fine. They all are about the same and are cool as long as you keep moving

i bought my JR reactor Santa Fe mesh from them. $60 and i love the jacket. Perforated leather sleves hold the armor better than just mesh sleeves.

I use the First Gear Mesh-Tex jacket, and I also got it from Newenough. It has foam pads, but plastic armor can be inserted in place. It fits, looks and works well.

My summer jacket is a JR Metro 4.
I just cant bring myself to wear those fish net looking mesh jackets. I want something that might actually hold up after impact.

I just got the J.R. UFO ! Seems to be decent for the price...little flashy for my taste but it has the lighter silver colors you'd want for summer...
