I was watching a 3-part serious on Two Wheel Tuesday about bike thefts in Daytona.

What do you do to safeguard your ride? The thief they interviewed said the best thing you can do it garage it.

Fortunately I have a Sister that lives about 45 minutes (non bike week) away.
I stay and garage my bike there. :lol:

I hope I catch some bike thieves in the act someday...... man that would be fun. They better be armed and dangerous if I do! Even seeing the so called "ex" thieves they have on 2wt and such, makes you want to strangle them. Its like Scott Peterson saying he is an "ex"murderer, but he gave it up! I love the story, oh man I'll have to do some serious diggin to find it, but a story of a bunch of guys in the UK that set bike thieves up and then jump out of a van and give them the beating of their lives....Ill see if I can find it.

I personally use a Ruger P95DC with a 10 shot clip. The Golden Sabers work well as a compliment to one of the finest handguns ever produced.

I will always lock the steering and if I'm going to be off the bike at some type of bike night, I'll also take off my jacket and run a steel braided cable thru the jacked and thru the wheel... that always helps!!
