Whats up everyone?

Well, me and Bee decided that we needed to do a little something to make my bike stnad out more. SO we decided to paint the swingarm flat black to match the frame to make it sleeker looking. Let us know what you guys think.

How hard was the job? You did take the arm off right? Also, aren't you still selling it?

It was quite easy of a job. All we did is take everything off that we could. We did leave the swingarm on and masked everything off that we could. Then we ust sanded and cleaned and painted. We did a lot of prep work to make sure it came out good.

I was planning on selling it, but I was convinced to keep it and go 520 with 15/46 sprockets to give me the ooompha dn torque I want.

You should paint the forks that color now too. I think that would pull eveything together nicely. Not that it isn't nice now. :2cents:

I am thinking about that too. I am definitely going to do the exhaust shield. The forks would be nice too. Looks like me and Bee will be doing another project coming up.

That job came out nicely...it took from 9am to 3 pm from start to dropping it off the stands. Birdman put 6 or 7 coats of flat on it and he matched the frame exactly. With Bike week coming up, we gotta be stylin' over in Daytona:lol:

He did such a good job, we let him cook up some empanadas and black beans and rice for supper...He can paint almost as good as he cooks...

The pics look good...I'll bet your sorry a$$ is glad I made you clean all those parts before you put them back on...:dthumb:

Finish up the forks and shields and you'll be golden. i wonder how many people are gonna look at it an say something looks different but won't realize what it is, because it looks stock. Huge improvement just by painting that swingarm.
