mabe i went a little overboard because of the hard time you had given the guy. i also tend to think that anything in a sport bike over 600cc is way to much for a beginner, unless looking a spefic bike like a vfr800 or somthing like that. the hard thing is there isn't realy anything to choose from less than a 600 that is a nice bike. here in europe they have kick ass 400's and thats what most learn on. dam shame we dont see those bikes in the states. a first timer should be on somthing like a sv650 imo because there light not to cramped and mostly forgiving. :cheers:
