No, but that's a good idea. I've used several 0% deals in the past just to have some "free" money. I always pay the card off at the end of the period so I don't have to pay anything for the "loan". I have been going to school, which GI Bill pays for, but I always charge tuition to my credit card. It gives me points on the card, and then I'll use a 0% card to transfer the balance for a year. I had the money to pay right away, but if they're going to give the money to me completely free (I'm talking about ZERO balance transfer fees, membership fees, or ANY other charge), then I'll take it. Whether I spend the money on something or put it into a savings account, I always work it into my budget to pay the balance before the 0% rate is over.
