You're starting to sound like a poser now...lol Why can't you just buy one of those colored tires online and sell the used one? You'll probably end up paying more for the paint job on tires than the actual cost of tires

He's not talking about colored tires, hes talking abuot coloring the valleys of tread, so the parts that don't make contact with the road are colored. I have seen it done where it can look good, depending on the colors used and the tread pattern. It was a red and black honda as well, with the red highlights in the tread on a Pilot Power, looked pretty good actually.

I put those tire pens on our site about six months ago and I still can't believe how many we have sold. I just figured it would be one of those things that would sell every once in a while, but they are actually quite popular.
They come in five different colors, and even though it's not my personal preference, I have seen a customer or two who have done it to their tires and it didn't look half bad.
