I'm with ya on this!!! F'in smokers!!!! As you said, let's not even think about the billions and billions of these little filters littered along all of our roads and highways. If I was a cop I'd start handing out tickets for littering....

I wish there was the technolgy to have electronic devices you could tag cars with for being an asshole.. and when A cop sees someone that has a few tags on em, they get pulled over and cavity searched!

I think all vechicles should just be equiped with a type of paint ball gun on the front of them, that way when they do something stupid you shoot a paint ball, but they are like $5 a shot, that way you don't go stupid with it. Then when you pull behind a car and it's just covered with all these paint ball marks. You'll know this guy's a A-hole!!

Somebody else said the same thing I was thinking. The advantage of the golf ball is all you'd have to do is throw it at the ground and let it bounce it's way to their windshield. It will all work its way out in the end...
