Nice one Shan. Me and a few ppl at work the other day were just talking about cleaning of your computer and keyboard. One person put there keyboard in the dishwasher. :yikes: They said it was able to get wet, but the dishwasher. I don't know about that one.

Dishwasher??? I knew it could get wet, but wonder if Dishwasher gets too hot and would melt it. SOmeone willing to do a trial run and report back? New Bosh dishwasher is just not worth risking it over. LOL

Thats weird you guys are talking about the keyboard in the dishwasher. my buddy did that last week, and it turned out great. you can't put the whole thing in though, just the front cover. just undo the screws in the back and pop the cover in. works really good.

I also imagine you could do the keys too, just pop them off and put them in the silverware tray. it didn't take any of the writing off, and it didn't distort the plastic at all

I don't clean keyboards with anything more than damp towel...I can buy a new one here in Tally for under $10.00.

:iagree: That and I have a can of compressed air that I use to get down under the keys as well. Works pretty good.
