How do you get your fix of caffeine?

During the winter months I migrate to tea at work, green tea with mint usually. I still wake up to coffee at home, currently a festive pumpkin spice blend.

I usually drink about a half cup of coffee at home, and now a full cup of tea at work.

Green tea, but usually not for the caffeine. Riding in at 50degF at 65-70mph makes my bones cold, so something warm is absolutely necessary.

No. I don't have heated gear, so anything below 50F is pretty much out simply because my hands get scarily cold. And I won't ride in rain because of the very large quantity of gravel and oil on our roads (lots of farm vehicles cause this mostly). On the plus side, traffic is light, so I rarely have to worry about that. Deer are a bigger problem than Joe Cager usually.

EDIT: I have a VERY busy life, so my commutes are my only chances, pretty much, to enjoy myself. Thus, its done on two wheels whenever possible.

I "was" drinking about a pot of coffee maybe more a day while at work. However I have now temporarly quit coffee cold turkey, thinking it has something to do with my stomach pains.

I don't usually need a caffiene fix. The only soda I drink is Diet Pepsi or Diet Vanilla Coke. But if you come over to my house you can find my fridge stocked up with this:

Diet Pepsi
Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey
Diet Turkey Hill Iced Tea

:)

i personally like the french vanilla cappacino, but just to warm up, not a big fan of caffeine, more a niccotine person. However, for all you tea drinking people, a guy on the Oprah Show said if you replace your tea with coffee, you'll lose like 16 pounds in like 8 weeks. Who knows?

Coffee in the morning is a must. But the transition into the afternoon is water. With a nice tasty shaker bottle of Whey. Nothing like a chocolate shake to get you thinking about your evening workout. :dthumb:
