Loveland Ski Area opened today. But I ride all winter, depending if the streets are clear of snow. I have a digital thermometer by the back door to see what the temp is. Most weather reports for Denver are taken at the airport, which is halfway to Kansas.

If it's between 50 and 60 degrees, I wear long john's under my jeans. When it's under 50, I wear my leather pants. I use "Hippo Hands" to keep my hands warm on my Suzuki, which has no fairing. The fairing on my Honda blocks the wind and I only need medium gloves. My feet seem to get cold no matter what. I have a pair of electric hunting socks that I will try. Does anyone else ride in the cold?
