I wanted to get one to replace the vise on the direct lift but I need it to work for the wife's (standard) bike and my chopper (chopper cradle), plus work on the lift and the ground.

Well we all know the direct lifts come with the vise. But its tricky to get off the bike and clamp in... and we have all heard of guys dropping the bikes off the lift. Well I don't want that.

Condor Products

I got the pitstop itself from my parts lady.

I had to order the trailer adapter, boomarang bar, and chopper cradle from condor directly

In total $362 this way due to savings thru my lady (who ordered thru Kury).

If all you want is the chopper setup, then you can order just that directly $300 + S&H (which is high cause its HEAVY). Nobody else carries the chopper pieces (too new). The chopper setup includes the boomarang bar (support for the stretched out choppers), the trailer kit, and the chopper cradle instead of the standard (to clear the low fenders).

But for me its cheaper to order the PitStop with out the added pieces from my parts lady then the other pieces from them.

So now that I have explained the financials, lets get done to the good stuff.

The condor pieces

Pit Stop

Boomarang bar

Trailer Kit

Chopper cradle

Assemble the pit stop and boomarang bar (have to use wife's sporty cause chop is still at the dealer).

And it works so well on the ground. Will be great for detailing, washing, using it during trailering, calander shoots, or who knows.

Now lets look at what I have stock on the direct lift

Get that crap off

Naked lift

Get the chopper extension out for now use, due to the condor sets the bike back farther.

Pull the front bar out to get the extension on and pull my strap points off. Have to keep it strapped so the sections don't try to seperate and pinch the bar.

Slide it all back together but still nothing to hold the front tire.

Attach the trailer kit to the lift, after measuring its placement 4 times and trial fitting the condor in its place. Then drill the holes and bolt it.

Attach the pieces to the condor that slide it into place. These slide into the keyholes that are now attached to the lift.

Slide it into place and secure further with the thumb screw. This sucker isn't going anywhere.

Damn this thing is a nice piece.

And the sporty racked in

Well the condor one is the only company that offers the setup to take the 3" x 21" front chopper wheel, with low riding front fender, and with rear slung weight support (boomarang bar).

Yeah it rocks. No more worries about the bike falling over in transition from my ass in the seat to clampin the front wheel.

Further, its way nicer to just roll up onto it and just step away from the bike.

looks awesome. I would not go into the house ever if I had a set up like that one lol

BTW..... can you lower the front fender on your wifes bike a little or is it stuck there? It would look much better a little lower IMHO.

its the least you could do for her, judging by your list of new goodies, brownie points would be good

Well I fit the chop to the condor... on the first recomended setting #1. The chaulk went right under the fender... very nicely and with NO room to spare... we did it twice to see if it was a fluke!!

The chopper chaulk
