Congratulations to 99birdv6...He made an offer on a brand new house from the builder this weekend...and it was accepted...now he has his own garage!! :dthumb:

It is a beauty, in a new subdivision...maybe we can get him to post the pics of it he sent to me yesterday!!!

YEAH BABY! I am so excited to finally be able to own a home. It is very nerve wrecking though too seeing that it is my first home ever. I will be posting pics soon.

I can totally understand that... I remember when I bought my condo. (first mortgage) I was totally geeked. Now I'm selling that one and moving to a new house.... lots of change in the air...
