Hey Guys,
I saw this CBR a month or two ago, and on the side of the handle bars it had this twist lock to keep the gas in place. Does anyone know if they make one for a '05 ZX-6R. It should be universal, but anyone know anything?

There are several different styles to chose from. I don't know any specifically for the bike in question. Most modern sport bikes don't have enough room on the bar to mount it. My Gixxer doesn't.
Go to your shop and ask also.

I found this click on a google search. It has some great pic's in the add.
Its the most common style.
Many other brands but, most are alike.
You just have to see if you have room to mount it.

I have one of those spring loaded thumb locks on my '74 750...they have been around for 30 years...mine works...

I bought one of those and they work good but my throttle doesn't snap back like it does when it's not on. It's nice to have for long trips but when carving it kind of sucks so I took it off. i only paid 23 bucks for it.

I've heard the same thing DL... but those are very common and I know many people really like them!

I get one if I was doing like long rides all the time. Like when I ride the bike up to Colorado Springs (700 or so miles), Northern Cali (??? Miles) or from TX to Colorado to New York to Georgia to Florida to Texas (don't ask miles). That's about it. Other than that, for like every day riding, I don't see a point to it. :2cents:
