Okay, here's the key. Highlight number 4 and the paragraph immediately below it. Also be sure to point out that you are supposed to slow down BEFORE the turn. Continue doing that until there is nobody higher up. If the highest person refuses to pass you, then I guess you have to wait until Friday. Just be sure to have the book with you and be able to point out the right answer, which you have in front of you. And remember, BE NICE and STAY CALM, regardless of what they say or do. You will get farther that way.

Okay, but here's my point. Even IF they treat you that way, you need to stay calm and professional. You will get farther that way. If you feel yourself starting to get mad, take a couple deep breaths and count to ten. Close your eyes if you have to while doing this and you should be able to remain calm.

The DMV are gods in their own minds..and they unfortunately have the power that you dont..so even if they do suck, they're a bunch of a$$e$, and totally obnoxious..u have to be polite..yes sir..no sir..yes mam, no mam, etc....but tactful and stand ur ground..just dont cop a tude or ur done.
