I have a HJC CL-14 and I stand by earplgs on long rides. I am thinking about getting a pair of ear pods for my ipod. Does anyone have any experience with these? or a comparable pair of earphones for the ipod? the pones that came with the device keep coming out of my blasted ears.

Hey Truth,

Check out my posts earlier in this thread. I'm using something similar and have had fantastic results. They are a bit on the $$$ side for earplugs/phones, but they really do rock

dont think i would ever wear them - i like to hear absolutely everything thats around me at all times.

They only time I wear them, is on long rides...other then that I try to keep my ears clear for the sounds around me...police, firetrucks, ambulances...ect! Having your ears plugged can delay reacting to situations....

Now my husband wears them everytime he races....he wouldnt race without them

I wouldn't say it delays anything... the sound is going to go thru the ear plug just as fast... it travels at the speed of SOUND! It just eliminates X # of db's....
