I do when others are around with me. If its just me and Matt riding at night or sometime, I think I do for the most part. When I'm around alot of cars and traffic, I do all the time. 
Do you signal when changing lanes?

I signal so much it's stupid. I'll being doing 150 and still signal my lane change. And the whole time I'm doing it, I'll be thinking to myself about how stupid it is. Like why? Legally speaking the signal for a lane change is the last thing that I need to worry about when I'm doing 80+mph over the speed limit!!!!
I guess it's out of habbit! Plus we signal like crazy in WOS when we are riding in a group! We signal when we are just going to swap sides in the lane....this is a safety issue!!

Yes! Signal all the time, and cancel my signal all the time as well! I hit the turn signal cancel everytime I check my mirrors. You know you ALL see so many bikers ridin aorund with a blinker on. That crap will get ya killed fast!
I signal all the time as well, damn things should turn off by themselves :lol: ..I should probably use the hand signals alot more..but if im splitting a lane or gonna fly past a car, whats the point, by the time they see the first blink, Im gone!
I definatly signal when I think whatever I do might effect someone else's driving, not sure that makes sense. In heavy traffic I often use hand signals as well.
Only when there are others around me. If there's not a soul on the road, no, I don't signal.
I'll signal when I'm bored or if there are other bikes around that might be coming up on me.
Well, obviously he hasn't rode with WOS. You may think there is nobody coming up onto you cause you looked a second ago...but guess what that 9R just came by you so fast that the wind blew you over to the next lane...and you never used your signal... :wtf:

..but really in signaling, if you're gonna blow past a car and there's no danger of other cars around you..whats the point...they go from seeing a headlight, to seeing a tail-light in a matter a second or 2.. :lol: I do try to signal though seriously all the time, but then I get DJ coming up beind me giving me the universal signal that i left my damn blinker on again. :wink:
At 120mph I didn't think there would be much more of a gust of wind I could feel till you blew past me and made me feel some more. I dont know why he bothers to signal either...blow by me with a signal or not..makes no difference, its all a blur anyways..

Because I haven't posted in this thread, here it is.
I use hand signals!
I don't bother with keeping the factory stuff and the after market stuff is a pain to take off for track days.
When Im in traffic I signal all the time if rolling at pace.
If surfing traffic on the highway I don't bother.
When riding with others I try to signal all the time.
I have seen first hand what happens while traveling 100+ and a rider decides to make a left turn. (not pretty) :nonod:

When riding with WOS I will usually signal both with blinkers and my hand... alot of us do this while riding with the group... nothing worse than the guy in front getting a 18 bike enema (SP?).....
