I don't know about anyone else, but it just doesn't feel like Christmas to me. Maybe it's because we haven't had a snow yet, or maybe it's just that I haven't done much Christmas shopping. I don't know. It's really frustrating. My sister and I tried to make the house more festive tonight, and still nothing. :screwy: I'm out of ideas. :flush:

Nope doesnt feel like it to me either. I've been trying to play a music station on the radio when I drive that is sporting christmas tunes 24/7..been looking online at stuff to get CJD and the kids, etc. Its cold enough, but nah, doesn't feel like it yet.

Maybe going for a ride will help get me in the mood?! :wink:

I, too, was recently thinking about how it just doesn't feel like Christmas. Maybe I'm just getting old, and that feeling of excitement and sentiment just won't return until I have a family of my own. But, this year is the worst it's been. I used to get so excited and happy around the Holidays. Just feels like another day to me this year...

I'll be the first to say that it DOES feel like Christmas. After over a decade of CHristmas' with Saguaro cacti and rocks, it's nice to be in the cold air. We have even had a few heavy frosts, not snow but that's fine with me.

Yea, I agree with you CJD - not sure what to do to make it more festive - maybe it will start to feel more like it when I finish my Christmas shopping. :willy:

Ehhh...it just now dropped below 75 degrees here in SC. It's in the 30's so that kinda helps the cmas mood. But...I don't really feel it. Usually I'm all excited or something, but the last few years...nothing. Just another day of a house filled with obnoxious relatives who ask me if I'm seeing anyone and when I am getting married. Dunno why they can't understand I'm only 23 :screwy: and I'm about ten years away from that thought. Anywho, haven't been shopping, nothing. Maybe I'll celebrate the 26th to add some spice :scratch: I do, however, look forward to New years eve!

I don't know how little old Denver scored the International Motorcycle show a week before Christmas, but that puts me in the mood. This weekend, it will take place in the brand new Denver Convention Center. It's the first expo in this 2 million square foot center. Plus, we expect an Arctic blast coming down next week. But it will be in the 50's this weekend so I can get some riding in.

Definitely feels like CMas to me! I got my boyz done weeks ago and my tree has been up, lights are out.... Even got the big kid done! LOL He is gonna LOOOOVE his surprise!!! I am excited I can't wait! (even better because I got my awesome gift early) :dthumb:

I haven't even started shopping, but my girlfriend brought a tree over and set it up, so that was cool. Aside from that, everyone's driving like idiots and there are lines everywhere. . so, it feels like Christmas I guess.

Christmas ? bah humbug...its so commercial these days, it just disheartening. I love the spirit of christmas for it was meant to me, and what it truely means. Similar to that song, "christmas shoes"..that is what it's really all about. I try to convey that every time I go out to everyone I meet.
