CF Nose Fairing: 748-998 Street
High quality pre-preg carbon reinforced with kevlar on the back side for strength and safety, the CF has a high quality polished finish that does not require paint yet is easy to paint because of the smooth surface. Large full pieces of CF are used and seams are hidden. Pre-preg carbon fiber parts use less resin because it is "cooked" under heat and pressure which results in a stronger and lighter product than typical wet-lay up carbon fiber. These pieces have very little resin and are thicker and more resilient so it has a much better chance of surviving crashes than wet lay-up carbon or fiberglass.

CF Swingarm Guard: 748-998 Race Style
Protect that expensive swingarm with a Kevlar reinforced pre preg carbon fiber cover made by suppliers to DP. Racing style has the built in lower chain and upper eccentric cover. The lower chain guard prevents your foot or fingers from getting caught in the chain and sprocket in case of a low side.

Quality pre-preg CF tank made in Europe by CM Composites- suppliers to major race teams and DP. Reinforced with aluminum for strength in key areas such as the cap, fuel pump and pivot. Fully lined with Kevlar. Beautiful flawless gloss finish. Full sheets are used to create hidden seam lines. Direct bolt-up and replacement fits 748, 916, 996 & 998. Uses stock fuel pump and standard hardware. Weighs approximately 4 pounds.
This is the racing version tank, it comes with an oversize billet gas cap that is anodized gold. The tank is painted by CM composites. This tank will require a breather tube with check valve which we have available. Otherwise it is a direct bolt on to s street bike.
This pre-preg carbon / kevlar tank is much stronger, lighter and more durable than a Kevlar or aluminum tank.
