I think a new law needs to be passed. A law protecting procreation. I mean come on, you have to take a test in order to drive a car legally, you have to take many tests in order to pass high school/college, but the most important job we have as humans and ANYONE can do it. I say we start making potential parents not only take educational classes and exams but also pychological tests before being allowed to procreate.
