My first clue was the fact that the email address this was sent to is not the one I have registered at eBay. The wording of this email is poor, "Please update your records in maximum 24 hours." I'm sure eBay does not terminate account for out-of-date information, and the URL listed is not a secure URL (https).
I'm sure there are other clues, but those are the major ones that stick out. Be careful!
