its a gamble in my opinion, I still say that if that was true then every car/bike manufactorer would tell you to do it that way...lets face it, i trust the engineers at suzuki, honda, yamaha, GM etc to tell me how to break their engines in....
Ive had many new bikes and cars over the many years and broke them in sort of the way the manufactorer suggested and ive had some pretty fast motors,that looked pretty good when they were torn down..(except for the one's that blew up prematurly :wink: ) never a lemom that didnt put out some good numbers at the strip........just my 2 cents on the subject
