In my younger days we never stopped for cops
Last 15 years been pulled over four times on my bikes
Only recieved one ticket  Just did full tune up on my 86 Ninja 1000R. Took bike up on freeway for test ride, looked in all directions saw no CHP and gassed it. At about 130 MPH looked in side mirror saw CHP right behind me with lights going  Pulled over CHP officer told me he paced me at 125 MPH, but he is going to write me up for 85 MPH to give me a break.
Everytime pulled over in my autos, get no breaks

i got one a few months ago...he pulled me over for doing 41 in a 25..in the city..after taking my information, came back and said he was going to let me off with a failure to obey traffic signal (running a red light, which I didnt do) instead of the fine/points for speeding. he said he would have given me a warning, but the State troopers were in town that weekend and he had to give me atleast something.

he was a rider too, so yeah, I was much obliged to him...

Jist of my story, yes got a huge break. Cop got me for 131 (other bike got away). Because of my clear record he only wrote me for 90/65 and gave me improper lane use. When I went to court he bargained it down to "Energy Speed" 1-5 over and no points. $196 in fines and court fees but thats much better than the wreckless driving 6 points and other tickets he was initially going to give me.

Few years back I got clocked at 125 on my F3. As soon as I saw the troopers I let off the throttle and pulled right over. They were pretty cool about the whole thing and BS'ed for a bit as well. Ended up being a ticket for 85 in a 65.When we went to court the judge lowered it to 75 in a 65 to be nice on me. Kind of helps when you know ppl who knows the judge as well. :)

One lonely night I was stopped at a light on a perfectly straight, open road. I decided to practice my draggin skills and just pinned it. Probably going around 135 I decided to slow down and took a side street to go home. Sure enough as soon as I make that turn a cop comes flying around the corner...Driver 3 style. My eyes opened so wide, I couldn't believe what I saw. Then he flew on his lights so I stopped. We ended up talking for about a half hour...dude owned a ZX-10 and just wanted to see if he could hang with me. Pretty crazy ha? I thought so...coolest cop I've talked to. Good to know we have a few on our side....

At least when you're a girl, you can pull the whole cleavage thing, flirt, cry, whatever, and it usually works. I've been pulled over enough times to know what works and what doesn't. It also helps if you have a Hooters uniform on!!!! What, it was a Halloween costume!

Back on topic, I've actually not been pulled over yet. That doesn't mean I haven't been speeding, though ;)

Its encouraging to see those who were let go with warning or whatever. How many of you were wearing gear (full or partial) when you got stopped?

I'll be there's a correlation between a geared up rider who's pulled over and one who is in their squid outfit.

believe me, the vast majority of times we get pulled over..we arent as lucky as the times we mentioned in this thread. I've always had a jacket, gloves, & lid on when I got pulled over. sometimes the cops are cool, sometimes they arent. oddly enuff, usually if u just admit, hey, i was having alittle fun, and got carried away, or something like that, they are more likely to be lenient on you then if u get all torqued up and throw a fit. and if ur a chick, it helps to flash some cleavage and cry alittle bit.. ;)

but usually, IMO, we when get yanked over..its not pretty.. :(
