Drove over Bay Bridge last night winds 70 MPH. Biker Honda full dress bike had emergency blinkers going 10 MPH
Have found going faster in high wind, gives you more stability :)

I've had something like that...going west down M50 in Monroe...on the EX500...it sucked and nearly turned back many times!

Does the Bay Bridge have those metal open-grate roadways, that rain can just pour through? Those are hard to ride on even without wind.

I know there are times the wind picks up here pretty good and whip the car around like nothing. I can't imagine on a bike! :yikes:

Metal grates are small and donot cause any problems on Bay Bridge.
Been on other bridges where metal grates are real fun in rain :nonod:
