Man those really do look great. Guess I just figured out how to decorate the one room the house my wife hasn't claimed. Ya, so it's only a 3x6 room, but it has my throne and a large stack of cycle mags :dthumb: now it just needs some pictures in it.

As always cool art work. But my question is why waste it by going through Cafepress to do what? Take your originals and print color copies and put them in a frame and sell them (taking half your profit).
Does not necessarily seem the best marketing tatic SieG. Keep them "original". Too talented to give someone else your hard worked for $$$.

While Ace is being a bit gruff about it... he has a certain point... how much does Cafepress take off the top.

On the other side... it takes a great deal of burden off the individual selling the product... because the site sells it, takes care of billing and shipping, ect.... so maybe that is worth something!

One thing is not in dispute... you are one talented artist!

I know man :( ... but let me explain...
I dont live in US or UK ( countries where this kinda stuff sells well ), and its been a while that I was looking for someone who would could be my distributor in US, because MANY people asked me if i could sell prints of my motogp artwork ( which i always drew for myself and just posted for u guys to see ), and until now all i could find was cafepress... and MAYBE ill make at least something with it... So far many ppl have seen my cafepress shop site but dont have any orders yet... dunno if will have any at all.. Im just trying..

ive mailed some drawings of mine to a friend in germany last year by UPS.. and it ( 5 sheets of paper ) cost me about 60$ ... I dont think i could make $ by sending framed ( heavy ) prints to USA from Russia.. each print one by one. The price would just be too high and nobody at all would buy it. :( .. thats why...

Of course if i find a better way I will try... but for now.. im just trying with cafepress.. I hope maybe something works out..

thanks man

My main point is they are nothing but a color "xerox" so to speak. Anyone can buy it basically, leaving nothing original. Many people appreciate "original" artwork, that is not mass produced as "posters".
How big are the works? ?" x ?"
How heavy?

My neighbor imports original paintings on canvas from Europe. He then send them out of State to be framed, and once framed they are shipped back to him via truck on pallets. He still profits a great deal.

SieG, I have many ideas/ ways in which I believe you could cut out people like CafePress. Feel free to e-mail me so I dont give out my secrets to everyone here. At same time I also have excellent idea for you and your talent which you might be interested in.

Dont see how 5 sheets of paper would cost $60 to ship to Germany when I shipped a Motorcycle helmet to China for a fraction of that.
