It was a bizarre and horrible assault. The weapon: a 20 pound turkey thrown out of a moving car and onto the windshield of an oncoming car. The driver is in critical condition. It happened on Long Island in Lake Ronkonkoma. Eyewitness News' Nina Pineda reports.

After being hit with something that weighs more than a cinder block, the victim lost consciousness while driving. If it wasn't for a friend in the passenger's seat who leaned over and grabbed the steering wheel, who knows how many would have been killed? The victim of this attack is in critical condition, with severe trauma to her face.

Shiet, I live a nice neighborhood, but you can walk down the street and see some whacked out crackheads walking around. They are everywhere!!

You would be surprised what something small can do with the right amount of speed! I've been told before by some old timers, that back in the 70's they would keep a few stones in their jacket pockets...if a car gave them to much crap just start tossin stones behind you at 55+mph... beebees work well as well!!

thats right down the street from my old house!! ..the best ones are the ones that sell their food stamps for crack!!! and when they get pissed off becuz they cant get a fix, they go and do something like throwing a turkey at a car!! :bash:
