[GEEK] Can anyone give me info about this e-mail??

Ok, I got this e-mail, but I don't recognize the name. I would just reply and ask where the person knows me from, but I have a very strange feeling this is a fake e-mail from a psycho chick I dated a couple years back. She's pulled something similar to this before, although through IM, so I don't want to respond and "verify" who I am. Anyway, is it possible for any of you computer gurus to figure anything out from this e-mail header?? Thanks.

Here's the e-mail with full header:

dude, virus emails are very generic these days, and can come from anywhere, even making it seem like its coming to you, when its actually just spam/virus infected. unless u get more than one, i wouldnt worry about it too much..but i would run an antivirus scan, and spyware scan while ur at it.
Well, there were no attachments and it was sent to my yahoo addy, so I doubt it had a virus. However, I run virus scan and spyware scan on a regular basis.
