[GEEK] Can anyone give me info about this e-mail??

Ok, I got this e-mail, but I don't recognize the name. I would just reply and ask where the person knows me from, but I have a very strange feeling this is a fake e-mail from a psycho chick I dated a couple years back. She's pulled something similar to this before, although through IM, so I don't want to respond and "verify" who I am. Anyway, is it possible for any of you computer gurus to figure anything out from this e-mail header?? Thanks.

Here's the e-mail with full header:

i hate to say it, but it could be a fun ride if it turns out to be a psychotic ex-girlfriend.

how do you guys tell it it came from aol and went to yahoo and stuff like that?

From the headers. :) Just read them and look at it and it tells you where it came from and the ip tells you who owns it.
