[GEEK] Can anyone give me info about this e-mail??

Ok, I got this e-mail, but I don't recognize the name. I would just reply and ask where the person knows me from, but I have a very strange feeling this is a fake e-mail from a psycho chick I dated a couple years back. She's pulled something similar to this before, although through IM, so I don't want to respond and "verify" who I am. Anyway, is it possible for any of you computer gurus to figure anything out from this e-mail header?? Thanks.

Here's the e-mail with full header:

dude, virus emails are very generic these days, and can come from anywhere, even making it seem like its coming to you, when its actually just spam/virus infected. unless u get more than one, i wouldnt worry about it too much..but i would run an antivirus scan, and spyware scan while ur at it.
ur probably safe then..i get calls all the time from people saying they are getting these strange emails that look like its supposed to be directed at them, or look like it came to their inbox, but their address isnt even on it..there are so many possibilities these days, it can make ur head spin.

if ur running virus/spyware scans regularly...thats the important thing.
