Well I just got the final word... I'm getting deployed...

Good news is... I'm getting deployed... I want to go... save money, extra pay, new experience, a break from my current job, a little WARMTH! lol, did I mention extra PAY lol...

Bad news is... no riding season... I'll be gone part of April, all of May, June, July, and part of Aug... but I'm hoping that the rain and wind that comes in the fall will be late... but who knows... also I've got to move out... and find a storage unit big enough to hold all my stuff, my bike, and my truck... but I've got a couple months to get **** situated..

All in all... I'm excited... they haven't told me exactly where I'm going... just that I am going... so I'll post more info as I get it... well... what I'm allowed to tell anyways... :us: :runaway:

I'm just hope'n I'll have access to this site so I can do GLOBAL :whore: ING! :lol:

not sure yet... though because I have no problem going anywhere I'll probably be headed to Bagdad or Afganistan... doesn't bother me any though... it'll be hot and boring where ever I go... well.. maybe less boring in Bagdad and Afganistan... as I'll probably have to take a convoy in...

Your right about the hot part. But its not as bad now as it was in 2003. I went there when we first invaded, and we didnt have A/C in our quarters. they just got small BX s set up. Its more liveable for us. Just watch that convoy. It can get pretty hair with that sh*t.
