That sound like a decent price. Make sure you get the install kit to go with it. That may add some more to the bill.

Slam may have been browsing the Kawasaki forum which have been saying a lot of good stuff about GPR dampers. As a matter of fact, most of the moto forums I frequent have nothing but good comments toward the GPR as well. Base on my previous research, I'd have to agree that Jeep that the price you found is pretty decent. The best price I've seen is around $330 + shipping which would have brought the price up to around $345 anyway.

Before you drop the money on one, are you really sure you need one? I've been riding my 03 636 for 2 years now and have never felt the need to have one even for twisties. In addition, I heard those things only have a few screws to hold it in places so thieves can unscrew the pins and take it from you bike in minutes so you may also want to buy the "locking kit" to prevent theft.

and i already bought the "GPR" dampiner and kit...

i dont need the dampiner, but did decide today while riding that i get on the bike, the front end gets loose, feels real soft and almost like there is little controle. i like my steering to feel hard and solid, "setting Number 4 on the GPR"

the stabilizer is more of a safety precausion to me then any thing else. lol i bought it for $329.00 + shipping which ='s $370.00 for next day.

what is the locking system that i need to buy?

the GPR is a good damper. I had one on my R6 and it made a noticeable difference. However, I would make sure your suspension is set up for you as well. If you bought the bike new (or even used) and have never had the suspension set up, then you'll be surprised at the difference with a properly tuned suspension. There are many books on the subject, one in particular is 101 sportbike projects. Also, when buying parts and accessories, check out Speedwerks.com. They are really nice, helpful folks.

I got the Scotts damper for the high speed settings. Helps on the track. It has also safed my ass at least once.
