No collision no fault is not true. I took down a lady's plate once because she ran a stop sign and came into my lane. I hit the brakes and swerved to avoid her so there was no collision. She didn't even stop or anythign afterward so I chased her down to get the numbers. I called the cops, told them what happened and they got a hold of her and brought her into court. She gave some lame story about sneezing and not being able to find the brake :skep: . Anyways, she got a ticket for failure to yield. My reactions saved her from getting a collision ticket, but at least she didn't get off with nothing. I'd report it and see what you can get. Damage was actually caused so pursue it as much as you can.
