oh that sucks all kinds of arse!! atleast he didnt get hurt too badly..thank goodness he had some gear on!!!

if it was an illegal u-turn by the driver, I'd try and prosicute the hell outta him..hope he the witness' info as well.

MO DMV , no sorry..pa DMV well yeah, but that doesnt help matters any..if the police cant get involved, i'd be taking that to a lawyer to see if he can do anything..
