gsxr 600 shuts off

I'm betting your fuel tank isn't venting properly. When it cuts out, open the fuel cap - I bet you hear a big sucking sound.

If that's the case ... I *think* that year vents through the cap, but I can't remember without looking at it - remove the cap and blow it out with air. It may have a vent line on the bottom of the tank, you need to make sure it isn't pinched.
