lame - the hardest of metals? yeah in about 3 years and 2,000 AA batteries later.. way underpowered, etc. the balloon test was lame.. of course if you could shoot your assilant in the eye for like 20 seconds you might have a shot at blinding him if he stares directly at the beam - of course you can do that with the dollar store special $5.99 laser pointer as well..
