When you're riding down the highway or any road... how do you look behind you.

Do you use your mirrors, turn your head, both or what?

I do both, I don't trust the mirrors enough.
+1 I use the mirrors for the rear and look to the sides when changing lanes for the blind spot.

I use my mirrors to see who and what is directly behind me as i'm riding. When it comes to changing lanes, I always try and turn to look. My mirrors are pretty much only good for seeing whats directly behind me.

I use the mirrors and turn my head to be sure no one is there. But at 120-150, there is normally no one back there.

I use both mirrors and look back. I have to agree also with DJ also at 120-150 theres usually no one back there, but I have been supprised a few time when I'm glad I did check because there had been quite a few times when a new CBR 1000, Gixxer 1000 or R1 comes from no where.

I do both. It never ceases to amaze me how something the size of a Ford F-350 can magically hide in that tiny little bit of space between where your peripheral vision and your mirrors end....

Mirrors for the most part and head check when merging, etc. Mirrors just to track what is behind me but for the most part I am not going slow enough to worry about it..

Everybody needs to remember that when ridding or driving anything in traffic. Especially passing or ridding beside a tractor trailer.
