I can't remember where it was, but the same sort of deal happened last year. A guy was on death row for 20 something years, prior to DNA evidence. They found conclusive evidence that it was someone else and not him. :flush:

Well, he served 20 years for check fraud. I hope he learns his lesson and never writes a bad check or tries to pass a stolen check again. Although, something tells me that he'll be cashing a check from the state in the near future.

This is bound to happen... it sucks but as a assembly line judicial system its bound to happen....

But on Bee's post...it didn't say that he wasn't guilty...it just said the evidence technicality could have got him off...that's it...
